Is your school district able to carry out and ensure sustainability to train all district staff as required by the Department of Justice School Safety Initiative Grant?
This one-day training will provide participants with the tools they need to facilitate a three hour Trauma Sensitive Schools training to be used in-district with your staff. The training will use the Seven Essential Ingredients (7ei) Model for Trauma Sensitive Schools and will focus on the Wisconsin DPI Trauma Sensitive Schools Learning Modules 1-6. Resources will be provided to ensure this training can be carried out in districts to meet your professional development needs. Planning will include options for tracking staff participation and ensuring all required staff meet the minimum requirements.
