Joy of Living mini-retreats are meant to provide continuing support to those who have participated in Joy of Living meditation workshops and residential retreats. Each session includes video teachings by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche (featuring material that is not shown in weekend workshops), as well as guided meditations, group discussion, and walking meditation.
This session is open to anyone who has attended a weekend or online Joy of Living Level II meditation workshop.
There is no cost to register for this event but we do suggest a donation of $10. We need eight registered attendees to confirm this event, so please register early if you plan to attend.
Tergar Mini-Retreats are freely offered and open to all. We are deeply grateful to our community members, who generously provide their time, energy, and financial contributions to make this possible. If you would like to join the team and help us to offer the gift of meditation to the world, please email Andi Dumas andi.tmsp@gmail.com to check about volunteering, or follow this link to make a tax-deductible donation.
