Dear JCAW Members,

It's that time of the year again! The Capital Classic Golf Tournament registration is now open. Will there be another hole-in-one this year? Who will have the longest drive? Closest-to-the-pin? As usual, there will be many fantastic prizes to look forward to. Please come join us for a fun and exciting day!

Date: September 25, 2016 (Sunday) 7:30-8:00am Check-in

Place: Worthington Manor Golf Club

Fee: JCAW Members $100, Non-members $110 (there will be a $5 discount if you register by August 31st) *Please be ready to pay your fee at the golf course CASH ONLY

Method: Double Perrier

Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. First 36 groups (144 people) will be accepted.
If you must cancel after a registration, please contact JCAW Sports Committee Staff immediately (jcaw.sports@gmail.com). If you cancel after September 14th, you will bel charged the FULL fee.
Tournament will be held rain or shine, as long as course is open for play.
Must wear golf shoes (soft spikes only) to play .
JCAW Sports Committee member will be in charge of pairings.
We plan to start at 9:00am (shotgun start). Please check-in by 8:00am.
