Developing the Environment for Learning 

Friday 16th March 2018

Jogo Behaviour Support's Annual Conference is aimed at providing you with practical solutions for managing social, emotional, mental health & behavioural Issues faced by children and young people. In addition the conference will explore strategies and interventions to encourage the passion for learning in our pupils and students.  We are delighted to announce that we have two amazing keynote speakers.  

                           

                         Louise Michelle Bomber                         Dave Stott

Louise Michelle Bomber's keynote speech will explore the impact of relational trauma and loss on pupils’ and students’ ability to settle to learn.  She will discuss strategies and interventions to provide an attachment aware and trauma informed environment

Dave Stott's keynote speech will explore how to create a collaborative teaching and learning environment to enage, challenge and motivate all learners.  He will examine how to reduce the need for behaviour management strategies by using proven and effective changes to raise engagement and challenge in the classroom. 

The conference is open to education staff, health staff, social care staff, family support workers, police, early years staff and anyone who is interested in supporting children and their families who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioural issues. 

The conference will be held on Friday 16th March 2018 at Sedgebrook Hall, Chapel Brampton, Northampton.
