A free, fun filled two-day event for both the Mansfield University campus community and the local communities that kicks off with a PRISM concert on Friday, September 24th, followed by a parade, a street fair, college football and the First Night Football game reenactment on Saturday, September 25th.

Please read and complete the attached vendor information. As is always to policy, we reserve the right to ask you to remove any items viewed as inappropriate for a family event. College Avenue will be able to be set up starting at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, September 25th.

 This year’s vendor fee will be 25.00 for all vendors except for food vendors which will be 50.00. High School student clubs and organizations, Mansfield University Student Groups, Non-Profits and Chamber members' fees will be waived.  Please make your check payable to "Mansfield Chamber of Commerce" "Attn: LUMA in the Streets". We look forward to having you participate in LUMA in the Streets vendors will be given priority on a first come basis.  We ask that flea market items not be included as vendors for this event.

You may set up at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, September 25th on College Avenue. Please bring a trash bag and be prepared to keep your vendor spaces picked up and free of debris.

Vendors are NOT allowed to set up the night before because it is a main road, and the road will only be closed off on the day of the event.

An area will be assigned for vendor parking if there is not room next to your area where you are assigned.  There will be a map of vendor spaces hung up at the Main Office and it will also be sent out electronically the day before the event (please make sure to write down a correct email address or you will not be able to receive our updates for this event).  Please be patient if you are not set-up where you want to be.  Please set up in your designated space/spaces or you will be asked to move.

 All vendors are responsible for their own Liability Insurance.
