2014 DAFP Awards and Inauguration Dinner
Join the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians as we celebrate some of our organization’s best and brightest physician leaders at our annual dinner.
2014 Honorees will include:
Family Physician of the Year: Jospeh Lieberman, MD, MPH, FAAFP
President's Recognition: Rebecca Jaffe, MD, MPH, FAAFP
Teacher of the Year: Lisa Maxwell, MD (Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency)
Teacher of the Year: David Hack, MD (St. Francis Family Medicine Residency)
Friend of the DAFP: Nanticoke Health Services
In addition we will inaugurate Erin Kavanaugh, MD as 2014-2015 DAFP President and install our 2014-2015 officers and board of directors.
For the second year we will host a convocation of Fellows of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Cost includes open bar reception with hors devours and a 3 course dinner.
