We are excited for a second summer to offer a virtual 6 - week series in for building executive functioning skills. This year's group is for transition - age youth, ages 16 - 22. Sessions will focus on learning executive functioning skills to plan, organize, manage time, self-manage, coping skills, and more. We are delighted that this series will again be led by exceptional executive functioning coaches from Effective Effort Consulting, Coach Robin and Coach Carolyn. Participants will learn skills and strategies to better manage tasks of daily life at home and school.

This workshop series is designed for individuals who are willing participants and motivated to build new executive functioning skills to be more successful with daily life tasks and managing expectations and responsibilities. Each participant will be mailed a free planning book prior to the start of this series. This series is made possible through a grant from the Hanover Foundation.

Also, individuals who complete this series will be eligible for a tech device to assist them with planning and organizing tasks such as an iPad, iWatch, mobile Apps, etc. through a grant from the
Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation.
