In-person event at Center, 712 Plantation St. Worcester
This is a week long course for participants to improved their cooking skills, obtaining a greater sense of independence, self-efficiency, and confidence in the areas listed below.
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Knowledge of healthy eating, nutrition, and food selection
- Developing food budgets, grocery lists, shopping with Instacart.
- Food safety, storage and sanitary procedures.
