Every ring means business!  The telephone techniques you and your team members use are crucial to your company’s success.  A telephone call can often be the customer’s first impression of your organization.  Your professional phone skills can create a positive image of your business and can be instrumental in developing customer loyalty.  Improperly handled phone conversations can lead to lost customers,      resulting in lost profits.
