The Five Levels of Leadership:

Lunch and Learn Series

Session 1  (Levels 1 & 2)

If you want to make a positive impact on the world, learning to lead better will help you do it. Leadership is influence and it is a process. It is not so much the ability to wield power and authority as much as it is the ability to listen to and influence others.

Session 1 is the first of four sessions in our leadership lunch & learn series

Session 1:    Levels 1 & 2, Position & Permission.

Date:    Monday, Feb. 4

Cost:    $35.00

Time:   (Training & Lunch) 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. 

Where:    ASU, Delta Center, Room 201

Who should attend:   managers, team leaders, department heads, and anyone looking to improve their chances of promotions within their industry.

Session 1 –  (Monday, February 4)  Levels 1 & 2, Position & Permission.

  • Position – People follow you because they have to.
  • Permission— People follow you because they want to.

Session 2 – (Monday, March 11)  Level 3, Production: Making things Happen. 

  • Production—People follow because of what you have done for the organization.

Session 3 – (Monday, April 8)  Level 4, People Development: Helping Leaders to Grow. 

  • People Development—People follow because of what you have done for them.

Session 4 – (Monday, May 6)  Level 5, Pinnacle: The Highest Accomplishment is Developing Others.

  • People follow you because for who you are and what you represent.
