Geania B. Dickey
Geania Dickey is employed by Arkansas State University and is the Program Coordinator for the Arkansas Children’s Program Administrators Certificate/Credential and provides support to the Child Care Aware state network and the state’s Quality Rating Improvement System, Better Beginnings.
Geania has over twenty-six years of experience working with young children and as an adult educator and seven years experience in recruitment/Human Resources. Geania has developed and implemented management trainings for internal use, for national conferences and as a contractor for local and national organizations.
