See a baker’s mouth-watering finished product, watch a demonstration of handling methods, then make your own cinnamon rolls under skilled supervision. Learn a tried and successful way to combine recipe ingredients, mix and work with dough, roll, shape and assemble rolls for baking success. Students will learn every step of the process from preparing batter and handling dough to the oven ready product. Recipe and icing included. Limit 20 people.
