Cake Decorator's Lab

Join this course and come to any or all labs for an instructor demonstration and practice time for the areas you need.  No previous experience required.  Use our supplies or bring your own.

Lab 1:  Tuesday, February 26:  Roses, Daisies, Grass, Baby’s Breath, Leaves

Lab 2:  Tuesday, March 5:  Cake Layout, Drawing, Fill-ins, Lettering, Tips

Lab 3:  Tuesday, March 12:  Cake Shapes, Pans, Cutting, Leveling, Themes

Lab 4:  Tuesday, March 26:  Stacking, Tiered Cakes, Designs, Royal Icing

Where: ASU-Jonesboro, Eugene Smith Building,
Room 205

Time: 6:00-7:30pm

 Cost:  $49.00 supplies included
