Learning & Living the NCWWI Leadership Model 

On Wednesday, February 13, 2013, from 3:00-5:00 pm ET, the NCWWI invites you to join us for Learning and Living the NCWWI Leadership Model, a bonus session in What Works for the Workforce: Leadership Competencies in Action - the NCWWI's National Webinar Series on Leading Change to Strengthen the Child Welfare Workforce.

NCWWI presenters will guide audience members from the model’s theory to the real world of child welfare leaders, exploring skills, competencies and systems change efforts. Participants from the NCWWI’s Leadership Academy for Middle Managers (LAMM), Leadership Academy for Supervisors (LAS) and Traineeship projects (TRN) will share their personal perspectives and leadership lessons, as well as how their experience has impacted the implementation of their systems change projects.
