Training Description

The Executive Leadership Seminar is a 3 day experiential seminar designed to improve the organizational leadership and management competency of CAA chief executives, and those aspiring to those positions.

The program is focused on 5 key areas:

• Strategy
• Structure
• Systems and Processes
• Metrics and Rewards
• People 

The curriculum will sharpen knowledge and skills, allow for knowledge exchange and provide a solid foundation to implement the CSBG Organization.
