Driving Directions
Directions to Sagamore Ballroom:
The Sagamore Ballroom is located on the 2nd floor on the north side of the convention center overlooking Maryland St.
- You can take the escalators to the 2nd floor that are located across from Room 102 and you'll find the ballroom on your left when you reach the top of the escalators.
- You can take the escalators to the 2nd floor that are located across from Room 109 and you'll find the ballroom on your right when you reach the top of the escalators.
(There are also "you are here" maps around the building and we will post your event on our reader boards throughout the facility)

6:00pm - 6:15pm: Champions Photo on Stage
6:30pm - 10:00pm: Awards Dinner & Program (Sagamore Ballroom)

Please supply a list of assigned seating per table. Tables are set for eight guests.
