November 3-4, 2016

The second Alabama Lean Six Sigma Conference will give individuals who are currently practicing Lean Six Sigma methods the opportunity to network with other Lean Six Sigma professionals and learn about new applications, practices, and implementation.

Conference Fee

Early Bird Registration (Through September 5) $159

Regular Registration (until October 28) $199

If you have additional registration codes you will input the code during the registration process.

PAYMENT FOR THIS EVENT

Payment for this event is by Credit or Debit Card only. You will be taken to PAYPAL to pay. You DO NOT have to have a PAYPAL account to make the payment.

 

Cancellation Policy:

October 28, 2016 will be the last day for registration refunds for the Lean Six Sigma Conference 2016. All refunds will be issued through PAYPAL to the credit/debit card used during the registration process. All requests for refunds must be made by 4:00 pm CT on October 28, 2015. We can only issue refunds in PayPal within 60 days of the purchase.

After October 28, we are happy to do attendee transfer but no refunds.  Please email us concerning all attendee transfers at elp0022@uah.edu or call 256-824-6906 M-F from 8 am - 4 pm CT.
