2021-2022 Half-Day spots are given on a first come, first served basis, and registration fees are non-refundable. You need to register each child separately.
Please note that:
*You must bring your $75 registration check within 48 hours of submitting this form.
*You must sign up for the correct class for your child's birthday.
*You must sign up for at least 2-days per week.
Those who do not follow these guidelines will be moved to the bottom of the list and given a spot only if there is still space available.
When you turn in your check, you will receive your admission paperwork, due with fully up-to-date immunization record, no later than July 1st.
