Join us for our March luncheon event featuring a very special guest, Dr. Sarah Spradlin, Founder & CEO, Vitruvian Advantage, LLC. After nearly 10 years as an active duty Marine Corps officer, Dr. Spradlin transitioned to serve as the first female Principal Staff Director at United States Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command.  Currently, she serves as the CEO of Vitruvian Advantage, one of Richmond, Virginia’s top full service workforce development firms.

 Dr. Spradlin is a leading expert in the study of emotional intelligence as it relates to talent acquisition and succession management planning, transformational leadership & organizational resilience. Her most recent publication examined the influence of emotional intelligence on military special operations candidates’ selection to a military special operations training school. She is a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, Society of Emotional Intelligence, the Emotional Intelligence Training and Research Institute, and the National Defense Industrial Association.
