Food Preservation 101 WORKSHOP
This workshop will be led by Rachel Wall, ISU Extension and Outreach Nutrition and Health Program Specialist.The workshop will cover food preservation basics for canning, freezing and dehydrating, and provide participants an opportunity to practice valuable knife skills as they make fresh salsa.
