Are you interested in impacting the lives of youth with disabilities ages 14 and older?

Are you a youth with a disability between the ages of 16 and 26?

Join us for a day to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed for successful transition to post-high school employment, education, and independent living!

REGISTRATION REQUIRED (Includes breakfast and lunch)

Registration for Youth 16 - 26 years old is free.  Limited availability.

Keynote Speakers

General Symposium Plenary Sessions -

General Symposium Workshops -

Subjects include Internet safety, guardianship, employment, disability benefits, post-secondary education, and transition planning.

Transitioning Youth Track Plenary Sessions -

Transitioning Youth Track Workshops - 

Subjects include voting rights, self-advocacy, personal safety, meal prepartion and planning for the future.

Exhibits - Showcasing the latest programs, products, and services
