Are you a youth with a disability between the ages of 16 and 26?
Join us for a day to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed for successful transition to post-high school employment, education, and independent living!

Transitioning Youth Track Plenary Sessions -

Subjects include voting rights, self-advocacy, personal safety, meal prepartion and planning for the future.
