"Technology in Context"
1-Hour CE | Course: 326470
New software is creating an abundance of challenges for brokers requiring them to consider how these tools impact the way they do business and how they serve their clients. While social media has impacted the way brokers communicate, this software changes the way they work. Yet many brokers lack an understanding of how to approach and evaluate software and other technologies.
The purpose of this course is to provide brokers with the context they need to effectively evaluate technology and integrate it into their businesses and client relationships. Calling on research done in books authored by William Davidow, Geoffrey Moore and Alan Katz, this course it provides brokers with both practical and academic insights. The course also helps brokers understand the importance of maintaining and strengthening their high-touch services when adopting new technologies.

"Getting Results Done During Challenging Times"
Bottom line is this session challenges mindset and approach and gets people to really think about their business and themselves going into the year. The old adage, “If you keep doing what your’e doing, you will keep getting what your getting.” Most people, when honest with themselves, know they MUST change certain things in order to achieve at a higher level, especially during challenging times.
With the insurance wrought with change this past year coupled with coming off of one of the busiest quarters in insurance industry history, it is important for professionals to reevaluate their current approach, mindset and overall strategy going into 2016. Mike Lindstrom is an industry expert and coach that will be sharing with us very unique tips modeled after some of the top insurance players on: Getting Results During Challenging Times.
His focus is helping professionals define their “next level” in both life and in business. At the same time, helping develop a specific measurable execution plan and challenging one’s mindset to remove limiting beliefs. Mike will be sharing with us in his keynote presentation the following:
1 to 1:15 PM SDAHU President - "What SDAHU Does for You"
1:15 to 2 PM Town Hall Meeting
2 to 2:30 PM Drawings and Prizes
