A Professional Negligence Mock Trial
IIABOC and Stone/Dean LLP are pleased to offer a 3-hr mock trial presentation involving the wrongful death of a patron at a restaurant, and the insurance professionals who are blamed when the restaurant's insurance carrier denies coverage. (This course is pending 3-hrs of CE with the CDI).
