Pamela Mitroff, NAHU's Senior Director Health Reform Compliance

Pamela has a "roll up your sleeves" public policy experience including participation on Boards and Task Forces addressing health care and insurance issues, employee benefits, long-term care and child care, among others.  She has experience drafting legislation, addressing these concerns, and advocacy on these issues on behalf of business and insurance communities.

Pamela was a Lobbyist for 9 years with Illinois State Chamber of Commerce - health care and workers' compensation, and publishes a monthly newsletter for health insurance agents.

Julianne Broyles, Esq., CAHU Legislative Advocate

Julianne has over 30 years of legislative and political experience at both the state and federal level.  Ms. Broyles uses her extensive experience in labor law, benefits workers' compensation, family leave, OSHA, unemployment insurance, small business, risk management, sales tax, and many other major public policy issues to aid business and association clients. In 2010, the Workers' Comp Executive named Julianne one of the "Most Influential People in Workers' Compensation." Before joining CAHU's team of legislative advocates, Ms. Broyles was the director of Employee Relations and Small Business for the California Chamber of Commerce for nearly 16 years. She covered the all issues affecting the relationship between employers and their employees, as well as high priority issues affecting California's small business community.

Kevin S. Trokey, Founding Partner & Coach, Q4intelligence

Kevin is a business consultant and sales coach who specializes in independent agency transformation strategies.

He has been a part of the agency system for many years and knows what works, and what needs to change. Combined with his understanding of business and the changing landscape of HR/benefits, he creates true strategies of agency differentiation that speak directly to today's decision makers.

He is a past president of the St. Louis and Missouri chapters of NAHU, a frequent speaker within the industry and also writes regularly on various industry-related topics.
