Ladies Golf Extravaganza - Player Participant

Join us in Cincinnati's premier women's golf outing to raise funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and celebrate those touched by breast cancer.  Open to EWGA members and non-members, you can register as a foursome, or we'll be happy to pair you up with a fun group if you register individually or with less than a foursome. It's sure to be fun! 

Event registration includes green fees, cart rental, door prizes, lunch, & dinner. Be sure to review all the "extras" you can pre-purchase when you register - one simple payment submission covers it all!  The event tees off in a shotgun start at 1:30pm, but plan to arrive at 11:30 am for registration and the "Bullseye Putting" contest!  At 12:45pm we'll continue with our player favorite, The Caddy Auction, where your team can bid to have a pro join you for 18 holes!  Finally, as a thank you, your Rally donation includes a magazine subscription - please mark on your registration which you'd like! 

You may register up to 4 people on one registration form.  If signing up form more than one person, be sure to include all wanted pre-purchase items for each team member.  If you'd like to register more than 4 players, you'll need to start a new registration form for the next group.  The form allows you to indicate requests to be paired with certain individuals if you're all registering individually.
