Ladies Golf Extravaganza - Player Participant

Celebrate survivors and honor those we've lost in Cincinnati's premier women's golf outing fundraiser. Open to EWGA members and non-members, you can register as a foursome, or simply as a single or twosome and we'll pair you up with someone fun! Registration includes green fees, cart rental, door prizes, lunch, & dinner. Take a minute to browse all the "extras" you can pre-purchase along with your registration - one simple payment covers it all! Event tees off in a shotgun start at 1:30pm, but plan to arrive at 11:30 am for registration and the "Bullseye Putting" contest! Be sure not to miss the caddie auction which gets underway at 12:45! Finally, as a thank you, your Rally donation includes a magazine subscription - please mark on your registration which you'd like!

You may register up to 4 people on one registration form. Be sure to include all wanted pre-purchase items for each team member if you're signing up more than one. If you'd like to register more than 4, you'll need to start a new registration form for the next group. The form allows you to indicate requests to be paired with certain individuals if you're all registering individually.

Can't play? Never fear! You can still sponsor a hole or take part in all the wonderful Rally Basket Raffles, Split-the-Pot and the Grand Raffle as well! You need not be present to win!
