Cypress Waters, Creation of a life enhancing
community

Cypress Waters is a development of the Billingsley Company. The 1,000-acre, master-planned development is in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Centered around the 362-acre North Lake, this office, multi-family and retail waterfront development is five minutes from DFW International Airport. Cypress Waters’ adjacent freeway access allows connection to the North Texas region’s population base of 3,830,000 people within a 20-mile radius including Coppell,Southlake and Irving. Up to 4 million SF
of office can be accommodated for Cypress Waters. With high visibility from LBJ Freeway,there are also build-to-suit opportunities with 12-month delivery timelines.  And 10,000 multi-family units at full build-out are also planned.  The first phase of retail fronts LBJ Freeway and will have over 15 restaurants and 400,000 SF of store-front retail. The second retail zone will be lakeside in the town center. Restaurants will overlook the water, and stores will address the daily needs of residents and employees.

Lucy’s non-profit engagement was launched in micro-finance with Grameen Foundation, from which she co-found and launched Chiapas International.  She is a member of CREW, National Geographic
Society’s International Council of Advisors, Council of Foreign Relations, and
the UT Dallas Center for Brain Health Advisory Committee.
