Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® of Illinois (BCBSIL) recently unveiled Blue Directions for Small Business, a private exchange solution for employers with 1-50 employees. Blue Directions offers a unique opportunity for small business employers to contain health care costs, simplify benefit administration and provide employees with more control over their benefit decisions.
