Skill Builders Series (Intended for Dentists and other people managers) – Winnipeg

For session details please see course descriptions.  The Skill Builders series is intended to support Dentists and other senior people managers within practices in building capacity. 

These hands-on sessions will provide both theory and skills practice in the key people management skills of interviewing, preparing and delivering performance appraisals and progressive discipline.  These sessions utilize two facilitators in order to ensure one-on-one support during skills practices.  Participants will be provided with basic templates to ensure learning can be applied within Dental Offices.

Sessions may be attended consecutively, or on a per-session basis. 

Session One: Interviewing and Selection

• Friday, February 21, 2020 from 9am to 12:30pm

Session Two: Delivering Effective Performance Appraisals

Session Three: Progressive Discipline
