The EPA requires all companies to apply for and receive EPA Certification to disturb paint in pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilities. Fines for non-compliance are up to $37,500 per day/per occurance.

In addition, all jobs must be supervised by a Certified Renovator. Our EPA RRP Lead Based Paint Certified Renovator Training Class will certify you and prepare your company to comply with these new regulations.

Cost: $249 for first student, $199 for each additional student.
