Are You Putting Your Company at Risk by Ignoring the EPA and State Lead Requirements?
Are you involved in the renovation, maintenance, repair or painting of structures built before 1978?
If so, there are new Federal and State regulations effective April 22, 2010 that may prevent you from performing your work. The EPA, HUD and the States of Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina and Mississippi now require all individuals and companies who do any work that disturbs paint in pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilities to complete the Certification Training Program and to apply for and receive EPA Certification. Fines for non-compliance are up to $37,500per day/per occurance.
In addition, all jobs must be supervised by a Certified Renovator. Our EPA RRP Lead Based Paint Certified Renovator Training Class will certify you and prepare your company to comply with these new regulations.
Cost: $249 for first student, $199 for each additional student.
$199 for all students if registered 30 days in advance
