If so, there are now Federal and State of Oregon & Washington regulations effective April 22, 2010 that may prevent you from performing your work. The EPA requires all companies to apply for and receive EPA Certification to disturb paint in pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilities. Fines for non-compliance are up to $37,500 per day/per occurance.

In addition, all jobs must be supervised by a Certified Renovator. Our EPA RRP Lead Based Paint Certified Renovator Training Class will certify you and prepare your company to comply with these new regulations.

Cost: $249 for first student, $199 for each additional student.
