Season Kick-off and Recycling Refresher

Join Washington County and City of Beaverton staff to learn about what’s happening at events in 2016 and brush up on your recycling knowledge. Washington County will provide pizza. Please bring a dish or beverage to share and your own eating and drinking ware. After a fun game of recycling jeopardy, learn about the three campaigns for this year and get some tabling practice with your fellow Master Recyclers. Please RSVP so we can get a head count for pizza.

• Event Tabling Primer — three offerings in Washington County:
  • Residential food waste prevention
  • Online recycling tools, general waste prevention and toxics reduction
  • Residential food waste collection in Forest Grove
• Event Tabling Workshop — demonstrations and hands-on practice
