The Family Advocacy Network (FAN) program at Mental Health America of the Triangle (MHAT), teams with NC Families United, Youth M.O.V.E. and the Climbing Hope program at Josh's Hope Foundation, Inc., to co-sponsor this 5-hour intensive training on mapping a successful plan of independent living for the transitioning young adult who lives with a mental health condition. Training will be facilitated by Damie Jackson-Diop, Youth Transitions Program Director at NC Families United, as well as youth leaders with Youth M.O.V.E.
Join us on Saturday, May 17th, 10:30am to 3:30pm, and come prepared for a very interactive workshop which will teach participants strategies on how to engage young adults in the planning process. During the training, attendees will:

LUNCH is provided as an option for a cost of $10 per person or registrants can bring their own bag lunch. There will not be a lunch break and the time will be used as a working lunch.
PLEASE ARRIVE BY 10:30AM AND PLAN TO STAY THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE TRAINING.
