Visual Integrator for Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 / 200) - Oct 25

Visual Integrator is a powerful module in Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 / 200) which gives you with the ability to import data from an outside system (Excel file, Access database, text file, SQL database, etc) into MAS.  The module also allows you to export data from MAS to an outside file.  The class will focus on importing data into MAS.

Here is a short list of what you could do . . .

• Import updated prices from your supplier
• Import phyiscal count from a spreadsheet (rather than rekeying it manually)
• Import new items from your supplier
• Import sales orders from an external EDI system
• Import customer name/address corrections
• Import salesperson reassignments to AR invoice history

This half-day hands-on course provides you with the basic understanding of importing new data and updated data to your Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 / 200) system. 

By the end of this half-day course, you will be able to

• Import price updates to inventory and customer name/address updates
• Import physical count information
• Import new transactions (inventory transaction, sales order, AP invoice, etc)
• Plus a whole lot more

This hands-on course is geared to the user who needs to be able to import large and/or frequent updates to Sage 100.  The fee is $300 plus HST and includes reference materials that you can take with you.  Once you have registered for the course, we will send you an invoice -- the invoice must be paid prior to the course start date.  Payment can be made by company cheque, Visa or Mastercard.

You must provide your own laptop for this course.  We can help you get a copy of your company's Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 / 200) system loaded on your laptop so that the reports that you generate in class will contain data that is relevant to you and your business.
