The International Cinematographers Guild is hosting its 19th Annual Emerging Cinematographer Awards, at the Directors Guild Theater in Los Angeles. There will be a screening of eight short films and awards will be presented to the Honorees for their Artistic Achievement In Cinematography. Following the program will be a cocktail reception.
