Intro to Drones & Unmanned Applications         Item #4318

This course introduces students to various unmanned aerial applications. Students will gain an understanding of unmanned flight, data collection, data analysis, and producing deliverables. Students will build flight plans and understand the different methods of collecting quality data, whether it is from automated flight plans or manually collected. The course introduces students to drone-related laws and regulations, as well as the requirements for conducting commercial flights.           (No Class Held 11/10)

Continuing Education Refund Policy

Full refunds are given for canceled classes. Student requested refunds may be granted.

100% Refund - Three business days before class starts. The day that class begins does not count as one of the three business days. For example, to receive a full refund for a class that begins on Friday, the student needs to contact the Extended Learning Department by Tuesday.

40% Refund - Less than three business days before class starts.

No refund given the day of or after class has started.

Classes that involve travel are an exception. Each trip has its own refund policy. If you have questions about the refund policy for a particular class, please contact us.

All student requested refunds must be made by the student themselves either by telephone, 509-527-4331, in person, or by email.

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process.
