Have you ever wondered how chefs create such beautiful cuts? Attend this seminar and Chef Jay will show you how. We will cover basic knife skills like how to hold   the knife properly, what to do with your non-cutting hand, how to hone your knife, and how to sharpen your knife properly. We will practice classic knife cuts such      as dicing, slicing, julienne, brunoise, lozenge, paysanne, and fermiere cut.
