NORI 101
Japanese cuisine is some of the most beautiful of all cuisine. The art of rolling nori is surprisingly easy to master and also happens to be delicious. In this class you will learn how to make futomaki (large rolls), hosomaki (thin rolls), uramaki (inside out rolls), and nigari. Upon completion you will be able to make an impressive platter of sushi that will have your guest asking who you hired to cater your party. Summer is right around the corner and sushi is a perfect summer food!
