AMP                    (Advanced Math Placement)

Want to AMP up your math skills? Save time and money toward graduation by gaining skills needed to test into college-level math courses. AMP (Advanced Math Placement) is a 2-week noncredit math course. It is geared toward freshmen who have been admitted for the fall 2017 quarter of college who either placed in pre-college level math or are getting ready to take the test and need a refresher.

All materials, computer access, and membership to the online math program (ALEKS) are included (Wa-Hi class of 2017 graduates are eligible for a scholarship to cover the class cost in full).

Extended Learning Refund Policy

 Full refunds are given for cancelled classes. Student requested refunds may be granted.

 100% Refund – 3 business days before class starts. The day that class begins does not count as   one of the 3 business days. For example, to receive a full refund for a class that begins on Friday,   the student needs to contact the Extended Learning Department by Tuesday.

 40% Refund – Less than 3 business days before class starts.

No refund given the day of or after class has started.

All student requested refunds must be made by the student themselves (or in the case of Kids College, by their parent) either by telephone, 509-527-4331, in person, or by email.

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process.
