BY REQUEST

WWCC Kids College has received requests for scholarship/donation options.
New this year...

KIDS COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

There are a limited number of students that will be able to receive assistance. Award/regret letters will be sent from our WWCC Foundation office. The number of scholarships we will be able to give out will be directly related to how many donations we receive. If your child would like to attend but there is a financial need, please fill out the Kids College Scholarship application.

**APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP**

KIDS COLLEGE DONATIONS

If  you would like to sponsor a child who may not normally be able to take a class you may do so. The donation can be made in ANY amount (it does not have to be the full cost of a course). This donation will go directly to the WWCC Foundation and will be used to give as many children as possible scholarships to attend any of the Kids College classes offered.

Extended Learning Refund Policy

Full refunds are given for cancelled classes. Student requested refunds may be granted.

100% Refund – 3 business days before class starts. The day that class begins does not count as   one of the 3 business days. For example, to receive a full refund for a class that begins on Friday,   the student needs to contact the Extended Learning Department by Tuesday.

40% Refund – Less than 3 business days before class starts.

No refund given the day of or after class has started.

All student requested refunds must be made by the student themselves (or in the case of Kids College, by their parent) either by telephone, 509-527-4331, in person, or by email.

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process.

Other policies are listed on our website: www.wwcc.edu/community
