Baltimore - Castle Cake with Geof Manthorne - October 6th, 2016 

If you love fairy tales, Geof Manthorne, and cake, this class is for you! Charm City Cakes' notorious cake-wrangler will show you how to make architectural details out of fondant and gumpaste. Students will each receive a 6" iced cake to construct a mini castle and will top it off with gumpaste flags!
