These teachings are restricted to those students who have attended year one last year. Retreatants are required to complete their practices before  April 23, 2020. You cannot attend if you didn’t finish the requirements.  

Location: 

Ewam Sang-ngag Ling at the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas in Arlee, Montana.  This is a closed retreat.  All particpants must remain on site throughout the ten days.

Lodging Options:  

 Bunk Bedrooms (1 bunk bedroom available)  $1050

Residential per person in the Chandali Hall (dormitory) $950 Camping  $750  Must be prepared for cold/freezing temperatures and rain/snow.  Average night time temperatures are usually in the 30's. 

Transportation:

We are 30 minutes from the Missoula airport. While we do not provide transportation from the airport to Arlee there are other ride sharing options and an airport van available.

Registration & Payment: 

All students must register online in advance.  Please make payment through PayPal at the time of registration or send a check to Ewam Montana.  Payment upon arrival will not be honored unless you make arrangements with our admin staff in advance (by April 1st) to set up a time.  There will not be a registration table at the door. Payment plans are available - please contact admin@ewam.org to discuss options.  Payment in full by April 20, 2020.

Deposit only - $200 (Final payment expected by April 20th)

Payment in full at the time of registration (below) is encouraged though you may choose to pay only the deposit to hold you place in the retreat. Final payment is due no later than April 20. If choosing to pay the deposit only, you can on pay your balance by sending a recurring payment found at https://ewam.org/donate (Recurring Retreat Payments).

Considerations: 

Montana is gorgeous in April.  However, it can still be very cold or rainy, and even snow.  Keep an eye on the forecast and pack accordingly.  We'll also send a list of essential items this spring that we recommend you bring along to the teachings.

Due to the large number of participants, there will not be room in the refrigerators for personal food items nor space in the kitchen to prepare your own meals.   Two healthy meals per day will be served and breakfast items (such as bread, nut butters, eggs and oatmeal) will be available in the mornings at each residence.  While we can not accommodate all dietary restrictions, please let us know of any food allergies or special needs and we'll do our best to work with you.
