With over 25 years Recruitment, Sales and Customer Facing experience, 15 years as a Senior Recruiter with a leading SuperBrand Recruitment Agency ( who grew from3 to over 80 branches in a just over a decade) , Sarah has a wealth of skills and knowledge in this ever changing sector. This has enabled her to establish her business as an Independent Consultant.

Focusing on ensuring SME businesses ‘Recruit Like the Experts’ Sarah brings a fresh look at how we can use the skills of  recruitment in current day to day business development

Giving back is important to Sarah and she is an active supporter of ‘no budget needed’  recruitment for Charities such as Challengers and CHIPS Playschemes, as well as the Young Enterprise programme. From homeless at 17, to self-funded graduate at 30, to Director at 40 Sarah truly believes her Mantra of “never give up, never give in” and do it with a smile.
