Crowdfunding is the most important development in entrepreneur financing in the 21st century.  It’s not just for movies or gadgets any more. There are many hundreds of crowdfunding platforms, a spate of new SEC and state of Maine regulations, and thousands of happy (as well as frustrated) entrepreneurs, artists, students, and non-profits.
