Basics of angel investing and crowdfunding, and the status of the recently passed Maine Crowdfunding bill will precede a discussion of the tradeoffs. This lunch and learn will feature Don Gooding, Executive Director of MCED and Vice Chair of Maine Angels, and Greg Fryer, Partner, Verrill Dana.
