Diabetes Self-Management Program - Woodland Apartments

This workshop teaches you how to manage symptoms and medications, communicate with family and doctors, relieve stress, eat well, exercise, and set attainable goals. Sessions are 2.5 hours per week for six weeks. Anyone 18 years or older can participate. Classes are FREE and do not go through your insurance.
