Diabetes Self-Management Program - Emerson Hospital

This workshop, held on Thursdays from 1:00-3:30pm April 4 to May 9, teaches you how to manage symptoms and medications, communicate with family and doctors, relieve stress, eat well, exercise, and set attainable goals. Sessions are 2.5 hours per week for six weeks. Classes are FREE and do not go through your insurance.
