Exhibitor Information
Join us for this great opportunity to showcase your services and opportunities for teens and young adults on the autism spectrum! These events will be an important opportunity for your organization to spread the word about the work you are doing and available products or services.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to showcase your organization.
A directory with exhibitor information will be provided to all participants, including name of organization, contact information and description of product or service. This information will be taken verbatim from your Registration Form, so please check for accuracy.
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor space is limited so register early!
All exhibitors will receive one 6-foot table with plastic tablecloth and 2 chairs and must be set up by 4:45pm on the day of the Expo. A box dinner for up to two people per table will be provided. Please provide any dietary restrictions on the registration form.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring freebies to hand out and may also sell products (East Valley only), but may not distribute or sell food or drinks during the event, including candy.
Each attendee will receive an exhibitor passport to bring to each table. After you have shared your information, please stamp their passport. Attendees who get stamps from every exhibitor will be entered into a raffle. To participate in the passport program, exhibitors will need to guarantee that a representative is present at the table throughout the event.
You will receive a confirmation email with set-up instructions and additional information once your fees and registration form are processed. Deadline: April 1st, 2018 for West Valley, September 1st, 2018 for East Valley
