2016 AIA East Bay Residential Design Awards 

The AIA East Bay Residential Design Awards program recognizes design excellence in single and multi-family residential projects. Criteria to be used by the jury include quality of design, resolution of the program idea, sustainable responsibility, innovation, thoughtfulness, and technique.

Entry Fees--Early Bird Rates through September 1st.
$200 per project—AIA members ($225 after 9/1)
$250 per project—Non-members ($275 after 9/1)

Reception and Presentation tickets: $20 AIA members/$30 non-members through 9/1 ($25/$35 after 9/1)

Entry fees are non-refundable and may not be applied to future AIA East Bay Award Competitions.

An email including will be sent to the entrant upon registration, including: an assigned entry number for each project submitted; Descriptive Data Sheet; Performance Data Worksheet; and Concealed Identification Form. For additional information, please call AIA East Bay at 510/464-3600.
